Millennium Microtech Group

Millennium Microtech Holding Corporation ("MMH"), a Cayman Islands limited holding company incorporated in 1998, whose major shareholders are AIG Opportunity Fund and Investor Guernsey. MMH provides fully integrated semiconductor packaging and testing services through its subsidiaries, Millennium Microtech (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Millennium Microtech (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Millennium Microtech (USA) Co., Ltd.

Millennium Microtech (Thailand) Co., Ltd. ("MMT"), a Thai limited company, was incorporated in 1999 and is a wholly own subsidiary of MMH.

MMT operates IC packaging and testing plant located nearby Bangkok with 204,440 sq.ft. of total plant area. Production floor space is approximately 14,000 sq.m.

Millennium Microtech (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("MMS"), 51% subsidiary, was incorporated in 1995 in China under a Sino-foreign JV agreement.

MMS operates IC packaging and testing plant located in Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai. Total plant size is 10,000 sq.m. with production floor space of 5,600 sq.m.

Millennium Microtech(USA) Co., Ltd. ("MMU"), located in US company, was incorporated in 1999 and is a wholly own subsidiary of MMH.

MMU is a marketing base company for MMH and its subsidiaries.
